Todays idiom: “Not in a month of Sundays”

Two women are chatting:

Mary: “Will you go to the dance with George if he asks you?”

Sarah: “What? Not in a month of Sundays!”

Clearly she is not interested. So, “not in a month of Sundays” is a common way of saying “it’s not likely to happen”.
